Triathlon Relay: Women Relay Team, Men Relay Team, Mixed Relay TeamAge groups categories; It was determined as 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+ male and female.

REGISTRATIONS

The deadline is 27 April 2025 on Sunday at 23.59. System will be locked down after the specified date and time. Province Approval Document will not be required for the age group category.

Distribution of Race Kit will be in Kabatepe Mesire Alanı. (Click for Google maps.)

Daily license application will be made for those who do not have a license.

IMPORTANT POINTS

1. No refunds will be made, except for force majeure (natural disasters, flood, fire, earthquake, social events, terrorism) that may require the postponement and/or cancellation of the competition, unless a medical report is provided. Refunds will not be issued without a medical report that includes the race dates. Medical reports must be sent with a wet signature to challenge@triatlon.org.tr

2. The fee paid for the Gallipoli Challenge cannot be transferred to another competition. It cannot be transferred to a different person.

3. Injury etc. With excuses, team registration cannot be converted into individual registration, nor individual registration into team registration.

4. Wrong entry of birth date etc. during registration. For any reason, errors that may control the category and the podium must be corrected before the competition date. This responsibility belongs to the participant. The organization cannot be held responsible for any errors that may occur due to user information entry.

5. Users who receive a TTF license discount are required to have a Turkish Triathlon License with a visa during registration. Athletes who cannot present a Turkish Triathlon License with a visa can participate in the competition by paying the standard registration fee and an additional daily license fee (15€). The discounted fee paid by participants who cannot present a visa license in accordance with Article 1 will not be refunded.

6. The participant declares that he/she is aware of and accepts the conditions stated during registration, in particular the conditions regarding no refunds.
   

CHIP DISTRIBUTION AND CHIP USAGE

Time chips will be distributed at the place and time specified in the program. If a person does not take his/her chip and race kit in time, Chip and kit is given under some conditions in order to not to suffer any victimization to their friend or trainer. That persons should submit ID card’s copy, licence and a petition letter which should be about taking the chip. Chips should be worn on the ankle and not removed during the race.

TECHNICAL BRIEFING

Technical meeting will be held online with TTF Youtube page. Participation in Technical meeting is important in terms of to get pre-information about changes. The changes that are not foreseen before the organization and that are necessary for a safer conduct of the organization will be announced by the Organization Committee in the technical meeting via taking the opinion of the competition commission. All athletes will be accepted as participated to the meeting. Persons who did not attend the technical meeting, will be deemed to have accepted any changed situation.
